Dental Sealant Post-Op Instructions

Dental Sealant Aftercare:

  1. Eat After: You can eat and drink right away. No waiting necessary!
  2. Chewing: Avoid hard and sticky foods for the first 24 hours to ensure the sealant sets properly.
  3. Oral Hygiene: Brush and floss as usual. Sealants protect against decay but don’t replace good oral care.
  4. Check-ups: Visit us for regular check-ups. We’ll make sure your sealant is holding strong.
  5. No Pain: Sealants don’t hurt. If you have persistent pain or your bite feels uneven, come back for a quick adjustment

Remember: Sealants are a shield against cavities. Keep brushing and see us for regular care to keep your teeth healthy!
