Temporary Crown & Bridges

Temporary Crown & Bridge Care:

  1. Sensitivity: Some sensitivity is normal and will lessen soon.
  2. Eating: Avoid sticky, hard, and chewy foods to protect the temporary.
  3. Hot Drinks: Avoid hot drinks as they might loosen the temporary cement.
  4. Cleaning: No flossing around the temporary. Brush gently on top.
  5. Loose Temporary: If it becomes loose or falls out, call us immediately.
  6. Avoiding Discomfort: Minimize use of the treated area when chewing.
  7. Follow-Up: Keep your appointment for the permanent crown or bridge placement.
  8. Contact Us: If pain increases, the temporary feels uneven, or you encounter any other issues.

Remember: Temporaries protect your teeth while your permanent crown or bridge is being made. Your comfort and health are our top priority, so don’t hesitate to call us if you need assistance!
